Questions
Before you connect anything.
No. Hostaway stays your system of record. StayLabs connects to it, reads listings, prices, calendar and reservations, and keeps them current through production webhooks. Nothing is migrated and nothing is duplicated by hand.
Organization and team setup with roles and access, the Hostaway connection and its first sync run, listings and nightly prices, the calendar with true availability, reservations, and live webhook updates when a booking changes.
Guest stay pages, WhatsApp and Instagram conversations, operational checklists, automation presets and anything AI-assisted. Some of those screens exist in the product. A screen existing does not make the capability live, and we would rather say so here than let you find out later.
Not today, and not without you. Guest-facing sending stays switched off until the phase that owns it is approved, and when it arrives it starts behind human approval and shadow mode before anything sends on its own.
Create an organization, paste your Hostaway credentials, and the first sync starts on its own. There is no CSV import and no manual property setup. Portfolio size decides the rest.
